Play Day

This morning Don got a coat of finish on the top of the table so we celebrated by driving to sister Kathy's for a visit. I also dropped off the Memory Box I built for Kathy and Buck's newest granddaughter Adalyn. We had a great visit, catching up on grand child photos and family events.

Then Buck took me for a ride in the 1929 Model A Ford Pickup he restored. We had a nice run through the woods and then on the highway.

After leaving Kathy's we drove to Floodwood (my home town) for lunch and some gift buying. We chose to drive the Headbom Trail, a 19 mile dirt road through the forest. We didn't see any animals but I captured a decent image of the Cornish Flowage.

Back to Don's for the evening. One more coat of finish on the table and then dinner of left overs.
